Getting even More from What you Already Have
CEOs, business owners and managers generally in Small to Medium Sized Enterprises who are responsible to develop the company's
direction and to ensure that their people all move in the same direction.
This is for Managers who are responsible for the development of their personnel, to ensure that effective communication is always high on
their agenda. We also draw on excerpts from other Programmes, adding some interesting colour to this presentation.
Training Goal
By the end of this programme, attendees will recognize the extreme importance of:
(a) identifying (or reviving) the 'VISION' that sparked the creation of the business,
(b) deciding what their company's 'MISSION' is (or should be) in the marketplace,
(c) breaking this down into doable milestones, or 'GOALS' and then
into specific steps to reach them, i.e. into 'OBJECTIVES'.
Participants will also realize the importance of ... COMMUNICATING all of these very clearly and convincingly to their
workforce, or colleagues «the people» who will help the organization to reach them.
Also on conclusion of this presentation, members will be able to shift their perspectives
regarding the "wheels" on which their business runs ... their PEOPLE ... by uncovering 2 "hidden truths" and learn how to make the
corporate machine run smoother and, hopefully, gain employee loyalty.
